2 cups self-rising flour
3/4 sugar
1 egg
and if necessary milk
Soften the butter, mix flour and sugar in a recipe, then add the butter and mix everithing until you reach a sandy texture, add the egg and mix again, if the dough is hard add a little milk, let stand 10 minutes and stretch. Melt sweet potatos candy or quince candy with a spoon of white wine.Assemble the cake in the pan and place in the oven for about 20 minutes. The secret: make the dough thin and use self-rising flour, otherway you can get a lumpy pie.

Ablandar la manteca, mezclar en un boll harina y azúcar, luego agregar la manteca y mezclar todo hasta que quede tipo arena, agregar el huevo y amasar, si la masa queda dura agregar un poquito de leche, dejar reposar 10 minutos y estirar. Retirar el dulce de batata con una cucharada de vino blanco. Armar la tarta en el molde y meter al horno 20 minutos aproximadamente. El secreto: hacer la masa fina y con harina leudante, sinó queda apelmazada.
